This Project has Provided 20No. Affordable Dwellings in a Rural Setting in the Village of Linton on Ouse, York & has subsequently been Highly Commended as Best Social or Affordable Housing Development in the LABC Building Excellence Awards (North & East Yorkshire)
As you will see from our 3D Visualisation & Slideshow & subsequent actual Photographs, we have used a simple palette of Materials & Detailing (present in Linton on Ouse) to give the scheme character & sense of place.
The Client (Broadacres Housing Association) has had overwhelming positive responses to the Project from the Residents as well as the subsequent Award.
Our Services Included:- Scheme Design including 3D Visualisation, Planning & Public Consultation, Secured by Design Application, Full Planning Application, Energy Consultancy Services including a Code for Sustainable Homes Registration, Landscape Design & Working Drawing Package for a D & B Contract with Lindum of York
