This above Project at Shelley Avenue, Doncaster providing 4No. Houses & 2No. Flats was the First to be Completed Site from a Total of over 300 + No. Dwellings across 17No. Sites in Doncaster which are providing Contemporary Dwellings for Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council & St Leger Homes.
As you can see the Dwellings have been constructed to an Extremely High Standard by Willmott Partnership Homes.
We worked closely with the Client (DMBC) & the Contractor to Develop the Existing Planning Approval that DMBC had gained prior to our engagement to Provide a Detailed Package of Information so that an Exemplar Project would be delivered to exceed the Clients expectations.
The below Project at Victoria Court, Doncaster was the Second Completed Site that has provided 15No. Houses & 2No. Flats in a Courtyard Style Development which includes underpasses to parking quarters. The Style follows the same Contemporary Styling that DMBC designed as part of their portfolio of dwelling types that run through all the schemes.
